Feasibility study Seilbahn Tecklenburg

It would be the most northerly cable car in Germany and an enormous appreciation for the popular tourist resort Tecklenburg in the Teutoburg Forest: A gondola from the old Tecklenburg train station up to the Münsterland view, to the castle ruins with their big festival stage and the historic Old Town. Besides this cable car which would connect the attractions on the ridge with those at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest, the two initiators plan to build an alpine coaster, a restaurant and other leisure and cultural facilities.

The Tecklenburg clinic is to be connected via an intermediate station. For local patients the tiring ascent to the Old Town would thus be eliminated in the future The opening is planned for the year 2018.
