The Turmbergbahn is the oldest funicular railway in Germany. However, the concession of the railway ends in 2022 and a comprehensive renewal of the funicular is inevitable. After Montenius Consult had already performed an economic feasibility study and DCF analysis for the project in 2017 and updated it in 2018, Montenius Consult was now also able to support the project with a cost-benefit analysis.
